The University of Peloponnese provides the opportunity for scientists to conduct Postdoctoral Research in areas that fall within the research interests and cognitive subjects of its Departments.
Postdoctoral research is defined as research conducted in an academic unit of the University of Peloponnese by a researcher who holds a PhD degree and is accepted by the Department in the context of updating studies in relation to advanced research.
The main objectives of conducting postdoctoral research at the Department of Digital Systems are as follows:
(a) the extension of the results of the researcher's doctoral thesis to new scientific directions of interest to the Department
b) the development of new research areas in the Department, relevant to the scientific area of the researcher's thesis
(c) to contribute to the approach to specific research problems of interest to the Department
(d) the strengthening of scientists capable of contributing to the advancement of science, research and applications
