The Regulation on Complaints and Complaints Management Mechanism of the Department of History, Archaeology and Cultural Resources Management include the framework and the procedure for all complaints and problems of students of the Department, which are related to the quality of its educational and administrative services. The General Assembly of the Department is responsible for the implementation of this procedure, as well as the Student Advocate, in case of his/her involvement.
